Discovering yoga opened the door to an entirely new way of experiencing life for me. What began as a physical practice soon became a path I felt naturally drawn to follow — a journey of self-knowledge and a deeper exploration of spirituality and yogic philosophy. Feeling called to share the beauty of yoga with others, I completed my 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training.
I believe that yoga is a practice of feeling the body, listening to its subtle language, and exploring what lies beneath the noise of our thoughts. A small ritual that sometimes allows us to touch something sacred. My classes weave together intuitive, breath-led movement, pranayama, and meditation. At the heart of my teaching is the desire to create a nurturing space where everyone feels safe, cared for, and invited to deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside yoga, I am a trained aromatherapy practitioner, fascinated by the invisible world of scent and its deeply instinctive connection to our emotions and memories. I love bringing this sensory dimension into my classes, using botanical aromas as gentle anchors to the present moment.
Living close to the ocean reminds me of our own cyclical nature, reflected in the changing tides and phases of the moon. I’m deeply grateful to share my practice at Lua, a place that honours these natural rhythms of life.
